With 3 precast factories with longest pre-stressing beds in Sri Lanka, ELS Cater to both private & government organizations with a product range of 5.0m to 25.0m long bridge beams with “I” Beams & “Flat” Beams. We produce beams to comply with RDA (Road Development Authority) specification for highways & highway bridge construction in accordance with RDA standard drawings.
We manufacture any type of pre-stressed beams other than the typical standard beams to satisfy our client requirements.
With ELS owned laboratory established within the factory premises, Quality of these products are well assured & guaranteed. Every raw material is tested for its compatibility and whole process of beam casting is carefully monitored by our QA/ QC staff.
Every standard beam is casted using 12.9mm HTS strands & Grade 45(20) concrete except 25.0 long beam. For 25.0m long beam, 15.2mm HTS strand is used with Grade 50(20).
With our own vehicle fleet we always deliver our beams to every corner of the Island without any delay.
