The geotechnical construction division ensures to meet the client’s requirement in implementing construction measures to treat unstable natural soil slopes or any manmade excavations. The method of countermeasure practicing for each & every project is different based on the requirement and we always look forward to introducing any new methods related to this work. Depending on the client’s requirement, we are capable in undertaking direct construction work or design & build contracts as well.
We have experience in special counter measures such as soil nailing, shotcreting, cable anchoring, Shotcrete crib works. Apart from these specialized constructions, we have a great familiarity in installation of horizontal drains, construction of concrete drains, Concrete retaining walls & Random Rubble Masonry walls which frequently incorporate with the said special counter measures.
There are several projects we have completed so far in this disciplinary, which are outstanding when considering the uniqueness of the construction including the work in Pinnawala Zoo, Uva Wellassa University & Victoria dam.
We have the latest technologies available with us and the dynamic key staff who has both technical & practical awareness, with the collaboration of these resources and the quality we maintain, geotechnical construction division has accomplished the highest ICTAD grade – SP1- in Soil Nail & Stabilization.
