Another Community Service was done by ELS Embilipitiya factory
ELS has carried out many CSR projects to advance the quality of knowledge skills and attitudes of students of rural areas in Sri Lanka since 1992. These programs include donation, Scholarship, Seminars with factory visits..etc.
Rural children have fewer opportunities to gain experience in a new technology. Therefore ELS Embilitpitiya factory management decided to give another invaluable opportunity for 1300 students those who are educating in H/Viharagala Prinary Collage, H/Sooriyawewa National School, H/Embilipitiya National School, R/Bodiraja International School and R/Halmillaketiya Maha Vidyalaya. A programme was organized to be visited precast factory and outlet facilities.
This was given them a great chance to get experience of latest technologies and inventions in construction field at Sri Lanka.There was a book donation for all students as well as some light refreshments at this programme.
